IHUS is a new subdivision and house design project which looks to amend the unsustainable suburbia we live in. The new subdivision strives to bring back density with smaller lots and more community centered spaces, such as community orchards in every subdivision.

Implemented into these subdivisions is IHUS which is a system of a service core infrastructure, which will be built on the side of every lot, and modules to be plugged into it. This system minimizes the impact on the land during construction by limiting the excavation to only below the core. This also allows for maximum flexibility to meet the different lifestyle of the people, with different needs and change of their needs in the near future.
